SHIPPING POLICY - NOVAIRE

Thank you for shopping with Novaire. This policy explains how and when we process and ship your order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next working day.

- During sales, launches, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer - thank you for your patience.

- You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

DELIVERY / TRANSIT TIME

Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 6-10 working days, depending on your location and local carrier.

Estimated total time from order to delivery:

- Processing: 2-3 working days

- Shipping/transit: 6-10 working days

- Estimated total: about 8-13 working days

Please note delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, carrier backlogs, or other factors beyond our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

- We offer free shipping worldwide.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package's progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to the destinations available at checkout. If your country does not appear as an option at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.

- Prices are charged in US Dollars (USD).

- Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

- If your tracking hasn't updated for an unusually long time, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at [support@novaire.com] and we'll help investigate.

- If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right (see our Return & Refund Policy).
